• Detailed 3D Model per drafted plans (computer only as drafting tool)
• Real dims of structure, openings, floor heights, parapets, etc…
• Interior 3D more important than exterior
• DO NOT use real materials or colors. Only use 2 soft tones to contrast surfaces (gray tones are encouraged). The intention is to pay attention in the quality of the spaces and light. Keep it simple
• NO 3D furniture
• Keep vegetation simple
• Skype walk-through with SM & SS for comments
